WE NEED MORE PRAYERS!!!!

First of all, Rob is out of surgery. We have not got a chance to see him yet because they are currently doing a CT scan on him. So, I don't have any updates on him yet. However, this morning when we were waiting in the waiting room, my mom got a terrible phone call. My 2 uncles and their wives were in a horrible car accident this morning in Kansas City. One of my uncles was ejected and my 2 aunts are still unconscious. PLEASE PLEASE PRAY FOR THEM!!!! I asked mom if God was testing us. She said it isn't God-it's the devil. In a time like this all you can do is pray, but your faith sure gets shaken. How much more can one person take? God is the the miraculous HEALER and I just have to know that Rob and them are in His hands.

Dena & Bev: I am sorry to hear about your family being involved in this terrible accident. I will be praying for all of you. I am not sure what God has in mind, and why does he give us more than we can handle? He's testing your strength right now, but I know you are a strong lady and you and your family will prevail.
You stay strong.

I can honestly say I know how you feel, as I lost my parents in a car accident 20 years ago. May you feel the strength of all of us lifting you up, and God's loving arms around you supporting you through these difficult times.

Lord, I pray that Your hand be upon these Aunts and Uncles. Lord I pray for complete healing. Send forth Your Holy Spirit to intercede on their behalf Lord God.

Lord I also pray for CPT Yllescas...I know not what all is wrong Lord, but I know that you do and that you are the master physician, Jehovah Rapha, our healer! Lord send forth your complete healing in his life, restore his body, his strength, and his speech Lord. Lord, please touch his wife, give her a double portion of Your stength Lord God, fill her with Your Holy Spirit and give her peace Lord. Give his daughters peace and comfort Lord God, bless this family beyond measure Lord. I ask all these things in the mighty, wonderful, powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

My father is a pastor and told me a story about a friend whose sister was attacked and murdered. This man asked how could you love a God that would allow this to happen. He was counseled that there are three things in this world. Evil, the laws of this world (gravity, etc) and God's love. Horrible things happen in this world, and God is especially with those who have special need for his love. He was with this man's sister at her darkest hour and her family in theirs. When these horrible things are happening remember that God is close at hand finding ways to show you his love and bring you closer to him. He is with you and your family as are all of our prayers and thoughts. The man whose sister was killed is a pastor now, helping others through their times of need. The power of faith and prayer.

Dena,
Spencer and Karen lived close to you guys at Ft. Benning. I am a nurse and we went through a situation with Spencer's dad having a trach and being on a vent for almost 3 weeks. I'd love to share some insight with you. Please know that ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH CHRIST. Rudy is whole again, working everyday. Prayer not only allows us to communicate with God, it brings us the peace needed to sustain us and allows others to see God's Hands at work. The Devil is HARD at work because the faithful are HARD at work, praying and interceding for Rob and your family.

Dena,
I want to pray with you...
"Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
thy will be done
on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.

The burdens you all are caring now are heavy. But God IS beside you. Don't ever forget that or that so many of us out here are thinking of you, praying for you and sending you constant love and support.

I'm so happy to hear that despite this horrible accident all seem to be doing OK.

Consider yourself hugged long and tight even though I am a stranger to you.
